Christina is a professional life coach with a Master’s of Arts in Sociology. After decades of volunteering her coaching abilities, she decided to become a professional life coach to further utilize her skills in helping others achieve their personal and professional goals.
​
Before becoming a life coach, Christina spent many years in the public service sector, where she worked in various roles, including coordinating learning centers at a housing authority, assisting students with financial aid at a public university, supporting clients as an eligibility worker in county social services, and helping individuals with employment services. Later, she transitioned to working as an office manager for a psychotherapy practice, where she found she had a strong desire to use her talents to help people overcome challenges and create positive changes in their lives.
